The slow-down brake accessory for the NEXUS Rollator allows you to control the speed of the wheels so that they roll in a controlled manner. Controlling the free movement of the back wheels puts pressure on the tyres, slowing one or both of them. Slow-down brakes are also beneficial for users whose one side of the body is stronger than the other (for example, stroke victims), as they help to even out the direction of travel. Sold in sets of two.
