What is Hygiene?
Hygiene, in general, refers to practises that prevent disease-causing organisms from spreading. Cleaning processes (for example, handwashing) remove both infectious microbes and dirt and soil, and are thus frequently used to achieve hygiene.
What is a good hygiene?
Keeping all parts of the external body clean and healthy is part of good personal hygiene. It is critical for both physical and mental well-being. The body provides an ideal environment for germs to grow in people who have poor personal hygiene, making them vulnerable to infection.
