Orders $49 or more before tax and after discounts qualify for free shipping

Orders up to $69.00 before tax and after discounts have a shipping fee of $19.95

Orders up to $49 before tax and after discounts have a shipping fee of $9.95 

Orders with a range of $69 to $300 before tax and after discounts have a shipping fee of $34.95


Orders with a range of $300 to $5,000 before tax and after discounts have a shipping fee of $59.95


Note that there are restrictions on free shipping on some products. Remote locations are excluded from free shipping. Please see remote shipping rates below.   

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for excessively heavy items are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Remote Areas in Canada that incur additional Shipping

Canada Post provides a list of remote postal codes that incur additional shipping.  The chart of postal codes effected can be found in Canada Posts Delivery Standards Guide in Section 2.5 Table 8, found here.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a 10% restocking fee.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you may receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Dr. Ho's Return Policy:

All sales are final, no refunds. Unopened products may be returned for exchange, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Defective products will be replaced under the 1 Year Warranty Policy directly through Dr. Ho, please contact supplier directly and provide proof of purchase with Invoice.


Amoena Clothing Return Policy & Re-Stocking Fee:

All items returned for refund or exchange must have tags and show no signs of wear (stains, deodorant marks, odour, etc).

Your refund will be issued once we've received the product and deemed it acceptable.

If accepted, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund but we will cover the shipping charges.

For hygienic reasons, we will not accept returns or exchanges of underwear, 1-piece swimsuits, or swimsuit bottoms. These items will be final sale, no refunds or exchanges.
