Directions 

Recommended Dose: One capsule per day. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.

Recommended use or purpose: Source of probiotics to support gastrointestinal health by promoting favorable gut flora and the maintenance of immune function. Also helps in collagen and connective tissue formation, wound healing, and the development and maintenance of bones, cartilage, teeth, and/or gums. Source of antioxidants for the maintenance of good health; helps to fight/protect (cells) against or reduce the oxidative damage or effects caused by free radicals.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a physician before use if you have a fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (i.e. diarrhea) occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days. Do not use it if you have an immune-compromised condition.
