Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA)

Due to the large amounts of omega-3 that women require during pregnancy, these supplements may be helpful to ensure the proper growth of your child and prevent some possible complications (pre-term labor or post-partum depression). The addition of ginger could be helpful towards nausea or cramps/aching that can be experienced during pregnancy. 

Suggested Use:

Adult Women: Take 1 softgel daily with a meal prior to conception, during pregnancy, and while breastfeeding. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
